Support Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the sales process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in order entry and PO creation
- Manage and maintain the parts lists and customer data in Dynamics 365.
- Respond to vendor and distributor inquiries and provide up to date information.
- Coordinate with other departments, including accounting and operations, to ensure the timely and accurate processing of sales orders.
- Generate sales reports and provide analysis and recommendations to the sales team.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and ordering supplies.

Warehouse Associate
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse functions, including receiving, storing products, tracking and managing inventory, shipping, and preparing the product for customer delivery while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various types of materials handling equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Transport incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish tasks including but not limited to hand dolly, push-cart, pallet jack, and forklift.
- Identify equipment and sort and place equipment on racks, shelves, and bins according to predetermined inventory procedures.
- Perform order processing tasks, including but not limited to picking, staging, packing/shipping, Order Queue Management.
- Perform inventory control tasks, including but not limited to drop, import, cycle count, inventory bounce, bulk transfer, refreshes stock for bin consolidation, perform part transfers/serial number changes, field returns Put-A Way, new part number entry, and inventory adjustments.
- Perform receiving department tasks and return department tasks, including but not limited to identifying equipment, Misc. receipts, triage equipment.
- Comply with all warehouse safety rules, keeps a clean work environment, follows quality service standards, and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to operate various types of materials handling equipment, including but not limited to hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts when needed.
- Ability to operate bailers, shrink wrap machines, and other equipment as needed.
- Able to communicate effectively with team members.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of experience in warehouse operations preferred.
- Experience operating materials handling equipment preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely walk, reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel as necessary to perform the job duties.
- Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds at a time.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
