It is her strategy, vision, and business acumen that leads the way, while also consistently building long-lasting customer relationships and fostering a highly productive environment for her global team.

Larry Schilling

President & Chief Operating Officer

As President & COO of MDSi, Larry is responsible for the oversight of all MDSi’s day-to-day operations, delivery of critical programs and services, and the organizations overall profitability. Prior to becoming COO in 2017, Larry spent eight years managing all aspects of the organization’s largest clients. He led cross-functional teams, consulted and made strategic decisions that achieved desired results for the organization, employees, and client-base.


Kim Russell

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO of MDSi, Kim is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audits, treasury, corporate finance, financial planning, and analysis, and risk management. With more than 35 years in the finance industry, Kim is a highly regarded executive and has worked for leading companies such as Price Waterhouse, Brown & Brown, and Bannex Corporation.


Shannon Payne

Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Solutions

As Sr. VP of Supply Chain Solutions, Shannon has been responsible for the strategy, design, development, and delivery of all the company’s technical supply chain solutions to its customers since 2003. His primary focus is on working with his team to ensure that MDSi provides its customers with the right solutions to solve the right problems – every time. Shannon’s customers consistently exceed their goals while reducing their CAPEX and improving efficiencies, sustainability, and profitability from their technology investments.


Bill Martin

Vice President of Solutions Engineering

As VP of Solutions Engineering, Bill is the technology leader for new solutions and offerings at MDSi. He is responsible for creating the technology roadmap and go-to-market strategy for MDSi. His areas of focus include pre-sales engineering, cloud solutions, managed services, customer success, new partners and solutions. He has been with MDSi since 2017.


Ryan Denicourt

Director of Sales

Ryan started with MDSi in 2014 and is MDSi's Director of Sales. Ryan serves as executive leader for all of MDSi's Sales teams which cover some of the largest customers across our strategic market verticals including our Tier 1 Service Providers and some of the largest Enterprises to name just a few.


Ron Lawler

Vice President Operations

As VP of Operations, Ron is responsible for supply chain, order fulfillment, forward and reverse logistics, and carrier freight solutions. He joined MDSi in September 2007 and his main focus is on on the delivery of innovative technology solutions that increase revenues and decrease costs for all of MDSi’s global customers.
