MDSi s Reverse Logistics program is an end-to-end solution called Back2Prime and comprises asset return, redeploy, resale and donation/disposal. MDSi understands the importance of not only optimizing the redeployment/reuse internally, but also ensuring the assets are redeployed at the same quality, or better, as originally purchased via the company’s.

MDSi’s ensures that clients have the same experience opening a reconditioned product as they would if they were to be purchasing a new product.

MDSi verifies device integrity, allowing the company to confidently move forward in with an excellent understanding of all products and an extremely low “DOA” rate.

Equipment shipped from MDSi is thoroughly cleaned. Deep scratches are filed, sand papered - if necessary, the chassis is painted back to manufacturer specifications. If there is too much damage, MDSi will replace the chassis with an available unit from dead assets.

Upon shipment of redeployed equipment all cables that are included with a new purchase of a router, switch, line card, etc. are included with reconditioned equipment.
