Product Description

The Cisco Catalyst Blade Switch 3130 is designed for the Dell M1000e Blade Enclosure. Introduced with this switch is Virtual Blade Switch (VBS), a unique technology from Cisco. VBS uses virtualization technology to provide better performance and resilience, while reducing the complexity of operations and management.

Utilizing the switch extends Cisco infrastructure services and provides consistency throughout the network.  By making the maximum use out of existing resources, operational expenses can be reduced. Employing a Cisco 3130 switch into your network decreases cable complexity, secures assets, reduces space requirements, and can help increase overall efficiency.
