A Technician will review the RMA request. If it is determined that it can be fixed over the phone a technician will call you within a couple of hours.
If a replacement is needed an RMA number will be provided to you with instructions to send back to MDSi, Inc.
A replacement unit will ship out within 48 hours (on a best efforts basis depending on availability).

  RMA Guidelines

 
 
List RMA NUMBER on the outside of box. Failure to clearly list RMA# on box may cause a delay in processing or a void the RMA.
A copy of this RMA form MUST accompany return item(s), to insure correct processing.
RMA’s automatically expire after 14 days if the product has not been received.

In the event that a replacement is sent in advance and customer does not return item within 14 days, customer agrees to pay for the replacement item at the original price.
Please note non-defective item returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

    Warranty Policy  
 
All used products purchased include a 1-year replacement warranty (END USERS ONLY) as of Jan 1 st, 2006 . This means you will be shipped a replacement, exchange or repaired item for failed products under warranty after the failed products have been returned. This warranty does not cover application or design errors, manufacturer hardware defects, or manufacturer software defects.
