MDSi integrates with client call centers or customer care tools like Siebel, PeopleSoft, Vantive, Genesys, among others. Some of these tools have a repository for inventory, integration that facilitates monitoring the complete process of receipt of parts; repair and putting them back into the supply chain. We also provide root cause data on returns and repair; thereby generating a knowledge bank that helps reduce spares usage and capital expenditure.
