The current MDSi process is as follows

• Customer accesses a Secure Web Portal to request a de-installation and/or equipment pickup
• MDSi schedules, coordinates, and performs the de-installation and pickup of assets from the location identified by customer
• As an added service, MDSi provides boxes, labeling, etc. for ease of shipping
• Client is regularly notified of status via “email alerts” during the process
• When equipment is received at the MDSi warehouse, it is available for deployment by the client.
• MDSi will adapt to client-specific processes for almost any type of asset recovery situation.
